What's your favorite items to smoke? It doesn't have to be meat but mine are

  1. Ribs

  2. Pork butt (my last smoke pic for reference)

  3. Salmon

    But #1 HAS to be over the top chili. Its just phenomenal! I use my normal chili recipe, but substitute Chipotles in adobo sauce to give it even more smokey depth.
