Lilli, the restaurant residency where chef Tyler Vorce has been sending out some of the most distinctive food in Las Vegas for the past six months, is closing after service on June 7, the restaurant recently announced. The closing comes in preparation for a move to a permanent home whose location the restaurant has not confirmed.
The residency launched in November at Durango Social Club on South Durango Drive, with a seven-course tasting menu offered Friday through Sunday evenings at a single seating. The frequently changing menu showcases classical French technique, Mediterranean influences and the best seasonally available product.
A recent menu includes deeply savory porcini mushroom bouillon, a signature course.
