It is taking over the Forest Avenue space that previously housed Max’s Grill. The Côte Bleue is a region of France along the Mediterranean Sea.As for an existing business, the PG Meetinghouse has extended its hours and will now serve cocktails. Starting Feb. 6, it will offer a full selection of drinks and an evening menu. It will be open until 10 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, and until 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Sotheby’s International Realty is moving locations. The brokerage is relocating from 574 Lighthouse Ave. to the vacant former Pier 1 Imports building at 490 Lighthouse Ave. Pier 1 Imports closed in Pacific Grove, and the building has remained vacant since 2020.Crema, a restaurant offering coffee and pastries, is moving to Lovers Point. There is no timeline yet for when the new location will open.
