A beloved summertime tradition in Sheboygan will be back next month.
Sheboygan’s Harbor Centre Business Improvement District (BID) is excited to announce that 8th Streatery will return to the downtown area for its 7th year, beginning on June 9th.
8th Streatery is a weekly, outdoor festival bringing together some of Sheboygan’s favorite restaurants, local musicians, and community members for an evening of in-street dining and live music.
The weekly event series will run every Tuesday until August 11th between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
During the festivities, 8th Street between South 9th Street and Center will be closed off to traffic, turning the space into a vibrant al fresco dining space for attendees, while musical acts will perform in front of Local Press Eatery.
Earlier this month, the Sheboygan Common Council approved a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area or DORA for 2026’s 8th Streatery, allowing those in attendance to enjoy open alcoholic beverages in the streets within the event boundaries.
This year’s first band to perform will be The Doorknobs, kicking off the 10-week event series.
