Finally tried Daphne. Beautiful space and definitely a great spot for birthdays if you’re looking for nice photos. They have some cozy booth seating as well. The food pretty average and nothing really stood out. The only dish I remember was the black tiger shrimp with a cilantro-based sauce. If you’re a fan of both shrimp and cilantro, it’s worth trying.
