

Traditional Finnish fish soup.
5 medium sized potatoes 50c
1 small onion 10c
Either fish stock cube or vegetable stock cube 8,5c
6dl of whole milk 60c
Frozen soup vegetables 400g 80c
400g of frozen pollock 3.6€
Salt&pepper
Peel and cut potatoes into a size that feels right and cut onion in to pieces.
Put the potatoes, onion and the stock cube in a kettle and put enough water that the potatoes are completely submerged.
Let it boil for 10-12 min.
Add frozen soup vegetables and the milk let it come to a boil but dont keep it at a high temp.
After it boils add the pollock and let the soup simmer at low temp for 5-7 min
After adding milk do not keep the soup too hot because it will curdle.
6 servings.
