



Ingredients:
- Chile serranos
- Chiles jalapeños
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomatillos
- A tiny bit of vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
Recipe:
- Chop veggies
- In a pot, boil water
- Reduce to low heat and add the onion first
- Add chiles and garlic
- Add tomatillos at the end; once the skin starts separating from the tomatillo, remove the pot from the heat
- Drain the water except for maybe half a cup
- Put everything in the blender
- Add vinegar, salt and pepper
- Pour into a bowl and add oregano
(Ideally I would've added cilantro but I ran out of it)
