A few days ago I asked for tips on doing my first butt. Then I posted some updates on the process I did on Sunday.

Finally, today I'm posting pictures of the final product. Key takeaway, I wish I had a bit more bark on the meat, but I have zero complaints. Very tasty pulled pork, and I have plenty of leftovers in the freezer. Frying it up in a pan for a pulled pork quesadilla yesterday, and this morning with some eggs, has also been fantastic.

Thanks all!

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
