More bean sprouts and cabbage, but yes. I just smoked about 17 lbs of pork and half I left no bbq sauce to seal in 4-6oz packs for pho. Making it at home it’s about $1-$2/bowl depending on how many extras I want to add.

I recall going to a place with a coworker/business partner, and there was a typical cute petite Asian girl next to us. She got served, grabbed a full bottle of Sriracha, and squeezed it until seemingly until the sides of the bottle meet. Jim looked at me and said “I guess that’s how you do it”.

Not I. I love the spice, but hate to change the broth. The broth is what makes a good pho spot. I use those small bowls and dip meats and sometimes noodles into that.

I do but I put the hot chili oils around the bowl with a dollop in the center (3-5 tablespoons total)
