New Delhi, June 2026: Pullman New Delhi Aerocity invites guests to experience the rich and vibrant flavours of Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine at Farmers’ Basket at Pluck through a specially curated culinary showcase by renowned Chef Jameela Zakey. Taking place from 5th to 14th June 2026, the festival brings together authentic Lebanese favourites alongside a selection of Mediterranean specialties, celebrating the region’s diverse culinary traditions, fresh ingredients and warm hospitality.
Celebrated for her expertise in Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine, Chef Jameela Zakey brings decades of culinary experience and a deep passion for preserving authentic regional flavours. Having led acclaimed dining showcases across luxury hospitality destinations worldwide, Chef Jameela presents a menu that reflects the heritage, comfort and generosity synonymous with Lebanese dining culture.
Inspired by the shared philosophy of Lebanese cuisine and Farmers’ Basket’s farm-to-table approach, the festival highlights fresh produce, fragrant herbs, premium olive oils, vibrant spices and wholesome ingredients that define the region’s culinary identity.
Guests can enjoy an elaborate selection of signature dishes including Lahme Mishwi, Hummus Aswad, Sheesh Kabab and Mutton Seekh Kabab, alongside select Mediterranean favourites such as Kabsa Dijaj, thoughtfully prepared using traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
