I'm back at it again guys. I made a Rolaye with cheese. The composition from top to bottom, lightly steamed bun cap, mustard, homemade ketchup, diced sweet oignon, a large slice of dill pickle, british farm white cheddar, my butcher's ground chuck eye steak with added fat to bring it to 20% or so, some more homemade ketchup and the bottom of the bun.

The patty is lightly salted and a little smashed, the search was nice but I can do better i think.

Hope you enjoy

I tried to account for all of your advice and the Royal with cheese is my new favourite burger. I tried to keep it simple while using high-quality ingredients.

With your help I ate one of the tasties burgers in my life.

    Cheers

They got the metric system in Europe. They don’t know what the fuck a quarter pounder is.
