1lb Lean ground beef
1 dash Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Olive oil

4 Pickles (diced)
1/2 Red onion (diced)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
12 pieces Rice paper
4 large eggs Egg

Sauce:
1/4 cup Light mayonnaise by Hellmann’s
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Dill pickle juice

1. Dice your pickles and red onion. Set aside.
2. Heat up olive oil in a pan and cook beef using your seasonings. Drain if needed and let cool.
3. Dip rice paper in egg wash and assemble your rolls using beef, onion, pickles, and cheese.
4. Brush with oil and bake at 400F (preheated) on baking sheet with parchment paper or wire rack (optional) for 10-12min. Flip halfway.
5. Broil for 1-2min for crispiness (optional)
6. Make dipping sauce.
6. Remove rolls from oven and let cool.
7. Serve with side of dipping sauce.
