l’antica Pizzeria di Michele recipe

Did as much research as could, and came across two old videos where they gave these specifics of the famous pizzeria di Michele in Naples.

Almost tasted similar to when we were there last summer. Not too shabby. left the details in the last photo. Used la fede San marzano, fior di latte, Basil, evoo.

Cooked in my gozney pinned to 1000f for about 40-60 seconds.

My son & his 3 friends ate 4 pizzas 😂
