down from prehypertensive daily pressures of 120-130/80-90. medi diet only, plenty of hydration, modest supplementation and daily exercise for at least 30 minutes. i feel the best i’ve felt in a long, long time and wanted to share. 🥳

    Good work! You can post this in the blood pressure and hypertension subreddits as well—there are lots of people there trying to lower their blood pressure and this would be helpful for them to see!

    Do you exercise as well to lower your heart rate?
