
Five Course Dinner Pairing 10 Wines
$145 per person (+tax & service)
Inspired by its sell-out series of wine dinners the restaurant will field two inspired by the largest sport event ever held in the US. On June 11, it will be a face off between the viniculture production of the USA vs that of France. Ten (yes. 10!) wines will be poured , one from the US and one from France each of the five courses. Guests can look forward to such pairings as BBQ Grilled Prawns, corn panna cotta, grilled peach and pickled watermelon relish with Chateau de Sancerre’s “Le Petit Connetable” Sancerre Blanc vs Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc and Pepper-Crusted Wagyu Sirloin, crispy Kennebec potato, charred asparagus, Parmesan -peppercorn sauce with Chateau de Sales Pomerol vs Orin Sift Cabernet Sauvignon Bloodlines. Paddles will be provided for post-course wine voting, making for a particularly interactive evening.
