ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Some Rochester residents were grateful to see the storms were a bit delayed Wednesday.
Residents at The Waters on Mayowood were able to enjoy a sweet treat to cool down outside Wednesday afternoon with a stop from Mrs. Patty’s Sweet Treats ice cream truck.
They also enjoyed a concert outdoors.
