A popular Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain is set to expand in multiple ways.

Cava announced plans to hire more than 2,500 new team members through its “Flavor Your Future” program and open more than 75 new restaurants on Tuesday.

“The most rewarding part of our growth is seeing our team members grow alongside the company,” said Kelly Costanza, Chief People Officer at CAVA. “Whether someone is stepping into a leadership role or just getting started, we want CAVA to be a place where they can build a future they’re proud of.”

In 2025, the chain reported more than 3,500 career advancements or promotions with 60% of assistant general managers promoted from within since the role launched in December.

Cava, which features bowls, salads pita built with fresh Mediterranean ingredients such as hummus, feta, tzatziki, harissa, vegetables, grains, and grilled proteins, didn’t say where its new restaurants will be located.

The chain operates about 460 locations across the United States, operating in 30 states and territories and more than 300 cities.
