ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WBNG) — Saint Anthony’s feast days had its first day of fun this afternoon in Endicott where community members gathered to taste all things Italian.

Celebrating both Saint Anthony and Italian culture, the tents in little Italy were packed full of food, music, and much more.

This event has been a staple in the community for many years, and it gives the public to recognize and celebrate their heritage.

12 News spoke with Father Ken Kirkman who helps run the event each year who told us what to expect in terms of food this weekend.

“A bunch of stuff, so we have ribeye steak sandwiches, city chicken, chicken cutlets, chicken parm, Italian sausages, sangria slushes, lamb spiedies, pizza, hot dogs, Italian ice, we got it all.“ said Father Ken Kirkman.

The feast days is lasting all weekend long so if you weren’t able OT get you Italian fix, you still have your chance to go down and enjoy all the fun.
