The winners of the 2026 National Wine Show of Australia have been revealed after 12 judges tasted almost 1100 wines, awarding 126 Gold, 262 Silver and 388 Bronze medals, 20 National trophies and two Best Wine in Show awards.

The show only features wines that have scored a Gold or Silver medal at one of the 32 qualifying capital city and regional wine shows.

Chair of Judges Matt Harrop said: “Another year has passed, and the results of the National Wine Show are now available. A heartfelt and genuine thankyou to you, the exhibitors, for allowing the judging team to assess, critique, comment on and score the products of your hard work and energy.

“It has been a wonderful experience chairing the National Wine Show this year. It is so energising to be surrounded by excellence- both in wines and in people.  The efforts of the wine show committee, the tireless work of the stewards, the glass washers- all the volunteers who make this wonderful show a reality- must be recognised and applauded.”
