Sandwiches were pan roasted in butter, inside we have cooked ham, speck, gouda, mozzarella and sweet and sour green peppers and onions (peppers and onions roasted with butter, salt, sugar and cider vinegar, italian agrodolce style).
Crispy, soft, many aromas and textures. A real treat.
