Mooney Farms — a certified woman-owned family farm based in Chico, California — has received the 2026 ‘Salad Dressing Product of the Year’ award from The Mindful Awards for its Bella Sun Luci Salad Vinaigrette line.
The recognition is well-deserved. Mooney Farms’ Bella Sun Luci Salad Vinaigrette range offers five varieties made with 100% olive oil sourced from the family’s own estate. This is in direct juxtaposition of the seed oils and preservatives commonly found in mass-market dressings. The lineup includes a classic Balsamic Vinaigrette using 25-year barrel-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, a California Vinaigrette with local honey and sweet oranges, a Sonoma Vinaigrette infused with sun-dried tomatoes and Italian herbs, a small-batch Champagne Vinaigrette, and a Meyers Lemon Vinaigrette with basil and wildflower honey.
