Tucked into the covered walkway of Campfield Arcade, Dimitri’s uses painted vistas, trailing pink florals, and extensive arcade seating to create the illusion of a Mediterranean holiday right in the city centre. The Greek restaurant and bar serves meals beneath a high glass roof, where tall patio heaters and string lights illuminate tables draped in traditional red-and-white checkered cloths.
The kitchen focuses heavily on Greek and Mediterranean tapas, offering extensive mezze options meant for sharing. The menu features large, whole grilled king prawns, charred lamb chops, and sliced Greek sausages, all accompanied by fresh tzatziki and lemon wedges. Traditional baked dishes like moussaka and baked feta are central to the menu, alongside classic souvlaki skewers, meatballs, and baskets of warm pita bread.

The visual design of the arcade seating area is built to transport diners away from the local streets. A large trompe l’oeil mural depicts a coastal Greek village viewed through a stone archway, framed by vibrant pink vines climbing the red brick walls. A Greek flag hangs from the ceiling, while painted window shutters and portraits on the brickwork add to the Mediterranean taverna aesthetic.
The bar serves a selection of wines and classic cocktails, including espresso martinis, to accompany the mezze plates. For dessert, diners can order traditional sweets such as baklava, served alongside a selection of fresh fruit and cream.
By combining heated, outdoor arcade-style seating with authentic taverna styling and sharing plates, the venue offers an immersive dining setting that brings a consistent piece of the Mediterranean to the city.
