If I don’t have chashu I like to sautee ground pork with mung beans and green onion. It goes well with ramen and it doesn’t look like a cats brain in your ramen

Super easy if you have beef like that, I do this all the time.
Make small-medium meatballs with whatever spices you like. I generally do onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper.
Slightly brown them, then just chuck them in the broth as it’s heating up.
Looks and tastes a million bucks and takes 5 minutes.
Rest looks amazing mate well done! Eggs are perfect too.
