I grew up in San Mateo, small world. Congrats. My first concert was weird al yankovic at the San Mateo county fair back in ’97

That focaccia is insane. The way you got those peppers and olives to stay put while baking takes actual skill. The crumb on the sourdough looks perfect too, nice and open without being blown out.
