  1. Our sauces are similar, so good to see that. I don't go as hard with the rub, because i want that rib flavor to shine through, plus I have a pellet smoker (I know, I know that's not real smoke), but I can't very well use a comp smoker in rural CA like I had in NC. Pretty much spot on and def a flavor bomb

  2. The ribs look great but these are NOT barbecue ribs. Barbecue must, yes, MUST be smoked. Period end of story. These are braised ribs, which are indeed delicious, but are NOT the same thing as barbecue.

  3. Looks good and I'm sure it's tasty but no way OVEN ribs are better than Texas smoked ribs by "one of the best pitmasters in the world" ๐Ÿ˜‚ sorry but I'm not buying that, not even close

  4. I have just a small question, why do people in the west put sugar in food where they do not belong (like in chicken wings, pork ribs), doesnt that make the dish on the sweeter side, instead of spicy, tangy and delicious, or is just my indian taste pallate and brain wiring which thinks everything should have to be hot and spicy.

  5. I was binging some of your videos and I realised something. You've made a great Ice Cream video and an amazing Chocolate Cake video, but no Ice Cream Cake video ๐Ÿ˜…. Please make an Ice Cream Cake video.

  6. There is nothing "official" about these ribs. Just your normal run of the mill youtube rib video.
