My traeger is currently stuck at -41. I tried everything from replacing the RTD probe to cleaning every area even the motherboard. All that didn’t change the reading, even with the probe disconnected it was still showing -41. As you can see in the picture it wasn’t due to the igniter, I tried with an outside probe and it was well above 200 degrees but it was still showing 41. Is this traeger done for?

Call their support. Even if it’s outside of the warranty they can help you diagnose the issue and figure out what parts might need replacing.
So I had the exact same problem. After much trial and error, replaced the probe and the issue still persisted. Then I decided to buy aftermarket controller and probe combo (on scamazon), problem solved. YMMV. Goodluck fellow smoker!
I bought an aftermarket control box that didn’t have probes. The probes for the traeger are not reliable in the first place. You would be better off using a meat probe that runs through your phone or that runs off its own control box.
