

2 Roma Tomatoes
1 small-ish Spanish Onion
2 Jalapenos, cored and skinned
~5 cloves Garlic
1 Habanero, cored
(Not shown: 1 chipotle in adobo from the can, juice of 1 lime)
Broil everything for 20min, pulling the garlic and habanero at 10min so they don't completely burn
Blended with these dry spices, all eyeballed:
Garlic Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Turmeric, Goya Adobo, and some garlic scape salt from the farmers market
I got less color on the tomatoes and more color on the onion than I usually like, so I just called it square 🤓

Looks delicous! Very similar to a salsa I make but with our habaneros and jalapeños. I use serranos
Humble but prepared for a king, scrumptious
