Got a Traeger 34 pro for Father’s Day and tried some burgers.

1/4lb burgers, salt, pepper W sauce.

350F 50 minutes (turned halfway through cook)

10/10 so good with a little smokiness.

    Traeger on!

Smoked meatloaf is actually very underrated.

  3. Burgers I usually smoke for about 10-15 minutes then kick up the heat to finish. Get the nice smoky flavor with the sear. Best of both worlds. Those look like they came out great!

Did my first batch a couple weeks back…. THAT is some tasty stuff

Edit- you inspired me. Guess what’s for dinner?

If you start at 225 for 30-40 min and then jack it up to finish them off, you’ll get a lot more smoke flavor. 350 is just basically putting them in the oven.

I love smoking them to but I do throw them on the grill for 2 mins each side

I don’t really like burgers on the Traeger. They just seem off.

Try them hot and fast. Burgers don’t need to take all day

  9. Love this on my Pitboss. I smoke em then rest em while I crank the heat to 450 and sear em with the grate open
