Kinda late, but I smoked my first-ever brisket last weekend. Tell me how I did. I know my cutting skills need to get better. I just bought a brisket knife for my next brisket. It came out amazing. Everyone at work loved it. Total time was 15 hours at 225 low and slow, with resting it.

13LB Prime Brisket. The guy at Costco gave me a heck of a deal: 55 dollars because they messed up the cut. I couldn’t pass it up.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

  2. SashaGreyjoy-

You cut like me. I did my first ever today, and everyone but me said it was great.
