The inspectors say dating of items began before the inspection ended.

Several items, including a slicer, utensils in the ice cream dipper well, the dipper well, had food debris on them. Those items were cleaned and sanitized.

A delivery door in the back of the restaurant was found to have a gap and “does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals.”
