
This is what I make once a week. I typically roast the romas and peppers in a pan or on the grill. I did a Fresno pepper instead of the Serrano the other day and it was a bit hotter but very good
4 ripe romas.
2 Jalapeños
1 Serrano
1 can organic diced tomatoes
Half white onion
Diced garlic
Half a bunch of cilantro
Salt
Splash of vinegar
Half a lime
Pinch of Chicken bullion
Pinch of cumin
Occasionally I’ll put a half a can of El Pato to mix it up

Look and sounds great
i have almost all the ingredients and some time on my hands…it’s about to be salsa o’clock! now i just have to decide if i wanna make fresh flour and corn tortilla chips or simply grab whatever bag of tortilla chips are in the pantry😀
