   Awesome, maybe we could legalize public drinking like every other country?

   Edit: i announce my run for mayor of Chicago. The sole issue is public drinking with a promise to build German-style beer gardens in every park with space.

   This seems trashy and not realistic. These are for drinking in cars, right? Since public drinking is still technically illegal? What are we doing?
