What BBQ sauce you use?
Kazori
like yakiniku sauce? if so that sounds sooo good. I’d prefer white rice instead of soba but still looks amazing

I’m drooling right now. I would love to devour a plate like this.

Leftover brisket? Not a problem I’ve had. Seriously though, looks good.

I know nothing of Japanese bbq sauce. Can you describe some of the flavors it leans on? Btw, the squash and onion combo is great, but I would have cooked the onions a little more. I think you also could have pulled off a nice fusion dish by including some shiitakes with the veg. All in all, this looks really good. +1, cook on!
