Nice haul! How did you start these? Did you grow from seed or onion sets?
Onions are one of the few plants I really struggle with. I used sets for years and I’d only be able to harvest maybe 1/4th of them because the others would bolt before forming bulbs. This year I started from seed but started too late and the bulbs never got very big.
