  3. I know that sweet chili sauce has been around quit some time. BUT I' am getting MORE AND MORE INTO IT. 1st ITS SO DAM GOOD ! YUM 2nd easy to make 👍👍, But the fresh chili peppers and RED JALAPENOS ARE HARD TO FIND 😒😒 You can fine them dry all day long. BUT FRESH IS HARD TO FINE. and FRESH MAKE THE SWEET CHILI SAUCE!

  4. This guy needs his own chain of restaurants. I would go every day. I am thinking 8 classic items always on the menu and then every month 8 new items come on and are switched out the next month, something like that.

FRESH PEPPERS and HABANEROS 👉👉 The best burger EVER IS ? 👉👉 MY TEXAS JALAPENO BURGERS 🍔🍔🍔🍔OMG YUM NO ONE CAN BEAT THAT BAD BOY ! 🍔🍔🍔🍔 NOT EVEN OKLAHOMA ONION BURGERS there good ! But the FRESH JALAPENOS KICKES THERE ASS! If its to hot ? Cause your got to many Fresh Jalapenos on it, and it TURNS INTO > TEARS OF PURE JOY Yum, If its to hot for ya? Pull some off. Just leave 3 or 4 of Fresh Jalapeno slices in the burger

  6. Grocery stores up here have brats they make in house and then brat burgers too of several varieties. I have started getting just the burger version because I love just having one with cheese and simple toppings, so burger form factor works great. I absolutely enjoy cheese on a brat!

  7. Those pretzel buns look insane, I'm kinda glad you didn't have pretzel salt because flakey seas salt is what I'd choose (pretzel salt is too dense for buns in my opinion).

  8. For me, mayo and ketchup in place of mustard and sweet pickle relish in place of saurkraut. And probably swiss cheese over the pepper jack.

  9. Being a brat burger, I’d choose sauerkraut and butter käse cheese, with German mustard, of course.

  10. I would venture a guess that the binder or sugar in the sausage mix is what made it caramelize so quickly.

  11. I feel like making a Brat Burger and a Pretzel bun and NOT making/using a homemade beer cheese spread is criminal!

  12. I'd do a beer cheese sauce under the logic every bar pretzel I've ever gotten has come with cheese sauce. But I'd go with something mild like fontina as the main cheese.
