From July 1 to 21, Donq, the long-established bakery founded in Kobe, is hosting the “French Fair – Encountering France through Bread.”

The fair takes place at Donq and Donq Edité locations nationwide, including stores across Hyōgo Prefecture, and offers limited-time breads and traditional products that highlight French food culture in time for Bastille Day on July 14.

Seasonal offerings include “Feuilleté au Citron,” filled with the refreshing scent of lemon, and “Lune Abricot,” featuring rum-soaked apricots and cheese cream wrapped in pastry.

The lineup also includes savory options such as “Quatre Fromages Miel,” combining four types of cheese with honey, and “Onion and Bacon Galette,” topped with cheese sauce, bacon, and onions, making them suitable for meals.
