  1. yay, looking forward to making this recipe; i like it when some of the peach juice carmelizes and the cobbler is a bit crusty so just bake a little longer? also, if I want extra peach juice on the side should I add a bit of water to the pan while the peaches are cooking? local peaches are in season and are on sale, and I love a good peach cobbler and this recipe looks spot on. ty!

  2. Hi John! Have 2 peach trees here. I can't wait to make this for my family.πŸ§‘πŸ’›

  3. Never made my award winning peach cobbler with batter. I tried your way. I will stay with my cobbler. Yours lacks dumplings and juices.

  4. Not only are John’s recipes all sublime, but his kitchen is enviable. I sincerely don’t think I have ever seen a more beautiful kitchen (and, in another life, I held a part time job designing kitchens for multimillion dollar homes in East Hampton!). This is one extraordinary gifted human we’re learning from, folks!

  5. This is nearly exactly the peach cobbler I grew up with, fresh, her frozen or bottled…the only one Mom made. At 92, she doesn't bake anymore but I've made it now for 45 years, but add cinnamon!❀

  6. I’m making this today. It look just perfect. This the best recipe I’ve ever seen for peach cobbler. Ty❀

  7. Cries cuz I live in asia and we don’t have oven 😒 I do have a peach tho

  8. Perfect timing…its in the oven with about ten minutes left and smells amazing!! (I did add a small splash of vanilla to the batter)

  9. John, try freezing some of those fresh peaches, you blanche them, then freeze them. They keep for a year. This way, you can spread that goodness out for the entire year. This works for all large fruit. Small fruit doesn’t need to be blanched.

  10. Uggghhh, this is so NASTY-LICOUS (DELICIOUS) 😫

    Top 3:
This John K man, is one on the list.
CROUTON Crackerjacks (dont know where he went, im worried.)

The other one is a lady that is a blessing… Petra Genco… she says dont eat this 🀣
    She doesn't say that but…

    Thanks John! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
I do make your desserts/recipes to bless others (i pick at them too, i have to try them, duh!)

  11. Mr. Kanell, can you please make a video on how to a Greek Lemon Chicken dish. I’ve always wanted to cook it for my family and I don’t have any good tutorials. I’ve cooked a few things from your channel like churros, cookies and stuff peppers, so I’m wandering if you can make a Greek lemon chicken recipe. Thanks

  12. WHY can't you just use the entire stick of butter?!!? I feel like one more tablespoon isn't really going to make a difference. πŸ™„

  13. I love your baking channel so much it truly wonderful how GOD made this earth his love is literally everything and everywhere because he love us it's why he sent his son

  14. I Have A Delicious Easy Peach πŸ‘ Cobbler That I Can Make πŸ€— It's Soo GOOD YUMMY πŸ˜‹ YUM 🀀 YUM πŸ˜‹

  15. This is not a cobbler. Cobbler has a biscuity topping and fruit underneath and looks like a cobbled street as it bakes and the fruit juices bubble up between the bisuits.

This is a BUCKLE! A buckle is a batter with chunks of fruit inside and the batter buckles around the fruit as it bakes.
