Used Worcestershire sauce as a binder and seasoned with Meat church fajita and Texas sugar. On the traeger for around 10 hours at 250. Blasted it at 300 for the last 30 mins as I was running out of time. Got it probe tender and pulled it around 201. Made my family happy!

    That bark looks proper dark and crispy with real nice render on it. Pulling at 201 was the right call given you were running short on time. Using Worcestershire as a binder fits the English angle nicely, did it add noticeable flavor or mostly just help the rub stick?
