The restaurant will be located at Unit 1, Belvedere North, 123 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH.

The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on providing quick and flavourful meals.

Hg first introduced its Mediterranean-inspired chef-led dining concept to Londoners in Soho, where it quickly gained popularity.

The brand is known for its unique blend of fast-casual dining, open-fire cooking techniques, and use of responsibly sourced ingredients.

Founded in Spain in 2017, Hg has expanded rapidly, now boasting 41 restaurants across six cities in Spain and Portugal, including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Lisbon, Cascais, and Porto.
