Sorsi opened at 601 S Harbour Island Blvd. at the end of 2025. It brought an Italian-inspired spritz lounge to the Tampa waterfront. The spot serves Prosecco and wine imported from Italy on tap from kegs.

Twin brothers Naza and Ludo Boscaino run things. They moved from Italy to Tampa at age six. Their family’s wine business became the foundation for what guests see today.

According to That’s So Tampa, the Boscaino family operates a wine business that sources organic varietals in Italy and imports them to the United States. Wine arrives in kegs and gets poured on tap to keep it fresh and bubbly. Staff craft Elderflower, Classico Aperitivo, and Limoncello liqueurs right there at the Tampa winery using organic ingredients without artificial dyes or added flavoring.

Spritzes? They’re what people come for. The Pompelmo spritz uses dragon fruit liqueur made on-site. The Spritz di Fragola features strawberry. One guest mentioned trying a lavender spritz during a trip to Italy, so the team whipped one up to match.

Eight gelato flavors get made with traditional methods and fresh ingredients. Flavors rotate weekly.

Hungry? The menu has small plates, kebabs, crudo, salads, flatbreads, and panini. A mocktail menu serves guests who skip alcohol.

Striped umbrellas dot the space. Hanging gardens cascade overhead. A shaded patio invites guests to linger. Naza and Ludo designed everything to resemble the Amalfi Coast and give Tampa residents a taste of the Mediterranean.

Sorsi means sips in Italian. The brothers wanted to create a destination focused on Italian beverages and bring their heritage to their hometown.
