The menu will offer breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats, as well as pastry drinks, which are inspired by classic French desserts like vanilla flan and Paris-Brest, a classic French pastry made from choux dough shaped into a wheel and filled with a praline-flavored cream, hazelnut mousseline and topped with powdered sugar and almonds.
Pastries will also be available, including French favorites such as filled madeleines, canelés, brioches and chocolate fondant.

That’s how we stand out, just like we do in our bakeries in France.”
