30 June, 19:00 – “Cucina mix: diasporic stories”. Academic contributions and personal accounts on Italo‑Ethiopian, Italo‑Indian and Italo‑Canadian cuisines; tasting of “Spaghetti with tuna and berberè” paired with Caviro wines follows.
30 June, 21:00 – Show “E‑RiSalutami tuo fratello” with Marco Ligabue and Andrea Barbi at the Arena Centrale (Piazza Fratti): music and storytelling to highlight Emilia‑Romagna DOP and IGP products.
1 July, 19:00 – Presentation of “La cucina dei perché” by Marino Niola in conversation with Elisabetta Moro; followed by an Artusian aperitif with Slow Food and Azienda Terra di Brisighella.
1 July, 21:00 – Conference “A UNESCO hat‑trick. Italy at the table as World Heritage” with Elisabetta Moro: discussion on the three international recognitions related to Italian food culture (Mediterranean Diet, the Art of Neapolitan Pizzaiuolo and Italian cuisine) and their implications for safeguarding and transmission of intangible heritage.
