Have you ever wondered if some of the best garden products aren’t actually found in the fertilizer aisle?

Most gardeners know about Epsom salt, but there are several other products that can make a much bigger difference in your garden. In this video, I’m sharing four surprising products I use to improve soil, grow healthier plants, reduce pests, and boost tomato production.

You’ll learn:
🌱 How gypsum improves clay soil and drainage
🌷 When and how to use bone meal for stronger roots and blooms
🐜 Why diatomaceous earth is one of my favorite natural pest controls
🍅 How aspirin may help tomatoes and other nightshade plants become more disease resistant

  1. Ok I need alittle advice on bloom booster fertilizers are they worth it? Also I fight vine bores and I’ve been using Bt and having good success but when can I stop applying it for the year Iam in central Nebraska

  2. I need to get aspirin powder, because the uncoated tablets won't dissolve for me! I've ground them up, boiled them- can't get ot to break down! 😖

  3. 1 vital piece of information that you left out, wear a respirator. If this stuff gets in your lungs, it's bad news.❤🎉

  4. I've became a big believer in my job is prepare the soil to raise worms and they work my claybase soil has most minerals and worm casting is my fertilizer

  5. Thank you so much for this info. Everything I plant in containers some critters dig it up- it’s so frustrating-I’ve been putting little plastic forks everywhere but that’s a pain. I will try the diatomaceous earth-I didn’t know about that and I like the aspirin advice as well. Thanks so much!

  6. Question regarding the aspirin powder; Because of the very wet season we've had here in NE Wisconsin, I'm struggling with blight on my tomatoes earlier in the season. Usually don't see it show up until mid-late august. As soon as I get a dry spell, I'm going to trim the infected leaves and do a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to combat it. Even though the aspirin is more of a preventative, can it be used in addition to the peroxide to help bolster the plants' future immunity or will it just be a waste of aspirin? TIA ~Kathy
