I live in SD and taking a trip to Texas for a BBQ tour. We were first in line at Cattlelack yesterday. The specials were a pork belly rib and my favorite Pastrami Brisket. It was amazing! I'm at Goldees today! Writing this while waiting in line.

Go to Panther City in Fort Worth if you have time! My favorite in the DFW area.
I’m from DFW. Hitting Cattleack and Goldees back to back is elite work. Get a beef rib if they have one.
