Wife got me my first (offset)smoker for my birthday. Went with a 4lb pork shoulder as my first smoke to be in safe side of not wasting too much money. Turned out pretty darn good

    4lb pork shoulder? What the hell I only get my hands on 12+ I’ve never seen one that small
