I made non-traditional chilli-cheese burgers with buffalo wings, homemade fries, toasted corn and slaw with extra burger sauce for dipping!

    Pickled mixed chillies in oil, vinegar and brown sugar, brought them to a simmer and left at a low heat for a few minutes before spooning over the burgers.
