Chicken shawarma on the Classic Joe! Marinated for 24hrs and cooked at 350-375ish F for about 2 hours. Turned out great! Always a crowd pleaser and so easy to make!

    I put the heat deflected for first hour so it’s cooked all the way to the middle and then take them off so get a little charred and not too crazy. It’s amazing.
