Can you PLEASE elaborate on the explosive diarrhea parasite? I typically prepare to be CLEARED OUT after eating some good southern style collard greens whether homegrown or storebought but I thought it was because of very high fiber content…but are you not supposed to shit yourself skinny when you eat collards??? Is it cause of a parasite??

I just harvest the same amount of green and rainbow Swiss Chard yesterday, happy to know I don’t shit my brains out after eating.

This news cycle RE: parasites has made me so thankful I have an abundance of kale in the garden…as well as every herb I could possibly need.

What variety is this? These are so petite and tidy

  8. Felt this. The only produce we will be eating for the foreseeable future is frozen or garden lol

Have they figured out the source of the parasites yet? A certain company? Transport? Contaminated fertilizer at which site?

Nothing tastes better than food you grew yourself… especially when your stomach agrees. Those collards look amazing!

Congratulations! I have only had very small harvests so far but I’m thrilled with every bit of it. To eat something you grew is an amazing thing.
