My shishitos finally started coming in (ignore the Hungarian wax) and I’m not sure if it’s better to eat these raw or cooked

    Blister whole in some oil. Sprinkle with salt. Enjoy.

    Slice up raw and add to a salad. Or roast some with tomatoes and italian breadcrumbs.

    Besides blistering in oil, I find them tasty to quick pickle whole, reminds me of pepperoncinis😋
