When I have stuff like this I find it’s easiest to break it down but baked goods like this are genuinely really difficult to tell, because they can be so dependent on the ingredients used. However, because these are from a bakery, we can assume the bakers are using good (high fat) ingredients to make their food delicious. Unfortunately, this means the count will be higher than you’re probably hoping for but that’s okay! Working with the info you’ve given…

The croissants themselves look small and standard, so with NO filling let’s round them to 85g portions (this is pretty standard for a bakery croissant weight). That’s 340-380 calories. We’re going to go with 380, because it’s better to overestimate when eyeballing is so unreliable.

**That’s 760 calories before the filling.**

Now, you have the weights. That means we can break it down.

Almond filling + almonds on top is adding about 80g of weight. Let’s call it 70g of almond filling (340 calories), and the almonds on top about 60 calories.

Luckily, almond filling and croissaint pastry are about the same calories per gram anyway so even if we’re wrong about the filling/pastry weight, it comes out the same.

    **Almond croissant est. 780 calories.**

Cookie dough is heavier than croissaint pastry and also more calories. You have half the weight for the cookie dough one as 94g, so +94g for half, minus 85g of pastry, that’s 103g of cookie dough (465 calories)

A good way to work out if you’re in the rough ballpark are–do the weights reflect what a baker would reasonably use to make their delicious treat delicious, since bakers weigh everything. 100g sounds like a lot to me, most recipes call for about 50-70g of cookie dough. But let’s roll with it.

**Cookie dough croissant est. 825 calories.**

    **So, for both: 1585.**

This is what I would log for myself while acknowledging that I’m probably over-estimating, as I’m erring on the side of caution. For the future, grocery store baked goods tend to be smaller and less calories than delicious fresh bakery ones. Or just get one that isn’t filled, or ONLY with chocolate, would’ve saved you around 600-700 calories here and still been a delicious treat. But that is my honest assessment, some people might think I’m over-doing it, but ehhh. The numbers don’t really lie imo.
